These terms and conditions govern your use of the Helixa website and the purchase of products from Helixa Pty Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a qualified researcher, scientist, or academic to purchase from Helixa. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you will use the products solely for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research.
Research use only
All products are sold strictly for research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary consumption. You agree not to use, administer, or supply these compounds for any purpose other than controlled laboratory research. Helixa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
Orders and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Shipping
We ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns unless a product is demonstrably defective or incorrectly supplied. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt with supporting documentation. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Helixa Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
